한 학우님이 영어로 후기를 쓰셨는데 쑥스럽다고 이메일로 저에게 보내주신 소중한 후기를
올립니다. 물론 동의를 받고 올립니다.

Before going through this curriculum,
I kind of like studying English by watching dramas or reading books written in English
rather than by reading workbooks for TOEIC and stuff.
Therefore, I once decided to memorize the lines from my favorite TV shows and did that. But, doing it alone,
I hardly memorized ONE episode during like a whole year.
There being so much dramas for me to catch, I was caught up with watching dramas with subtitles.
However, by having done so, my scores for TOEIC or TEPS were not that bad.
But from time to time, I was really ashamed of my score,
because I was not able to speak English fluently and confidently.
Not backed up by fluency in English speaking, my relatively not bad pronunciation was not my forte, but a shame, because that might make people think that I pretended to be good at English when actually I was not.
Taking a liking to watching American dramas and reading English books,
I figured that the curriculum of CLIFF ENGLISH could be good for me, so I made my mind to take a course with desperate hope to become good at speaking English.
While taking classes, there were lots of moments when I was enlightened by the teacher's approach to English body.
FOR INSTANCE,
participle - This is the right way to understand participle?!!!
In this way, now I can use participle in actual conversation.
clause - I can make sentences longer and longer!!
tense - I didn't know that!!
subjunctive - What is important is DISTANCE.
and so on~~~
I can learn grammar not for tests but for speaking.
If somebody asks me if I can speak English fluently, I am afraid to say "not yet".
But, I truly believe that that day will soon come
if I keep practicing speaking English in a way professor MOON have taught us.
MOREOVER, I feel far more comfortable when I am making English sentences.
At the moment, speaking is not as good as writing, but still, it is a great progress.
(This is why I am writing this in English. This is my way to show you how thankful I am.)
Not having any foreign friend around me naturally led me not to be able to use sentences
which I had memorized and learned.
And that left a little bit to be desired. But I learned that speaking needs constant practice.
Last but not the least
Learning from professor Moon for three months, I can feel his passion for Enlish and teaching.
Who else is there, teaching English with as much passion as him?
He is as great a teacher as anyone ever could get.

I have learned a lot from you in a every single class, which is gonna be the good guidance
for my practicing English from this day forward.
